Brenda Bakker, 15-year makeup, hair & nail expert aka ‘The Mountain Makeup & Hair Artist,’ because she’s known for her beautiful “no-makeup” makeup & hair styles and is also an avid snowboarder. Brenda has worked on the toughest sets (in 40 below weather!) but she also switches hats and travels to New York for Fashion Week to work backstage doing makeup for designers such as MICHAEL KORS and MARC JACOBS. Brenda also has an extensive fashion and advertising portfolio and résumé.
Brenda lives full-time in Whistler and shoots as a local for any Whistler shoots but also works as a local in Vancouver with residences in both cities. Brenda would be ideal to book for any US client so they don’t have to incur the cost of bringing in artists from the States or even Vancouver.
