The position will include the following responsibilities:
•Management of all website content for www.THEYrep.com & www.sugarstudios.com
•Managing our social media, which includes 2 blog pages, Facebook, and Twitter
•Editing our monthly agency newsletter and managing the email software for company “emailers”
•Sourcing content/artist work for their portfolios
•Updating photographer and artist galleries on the website
•Updating all client lists/resumes
•Posting select work to Meat Market’s international platform
•Administration and organization tasks for all promotional materials and files
•Maintaining and entering (in Excel format) all agency databases
MUSTbe skilled in the following software:
•Working knowledge of Adobe programs (PDF/Photoshop)
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Working knowledge of CMS (WordPress), Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite
Requirements:
•Knowledge of the English language with exceptional grammar and current written language skills
•Strong interest in social media trends
•Strong computer skills
•Internet / research savvy
•Fashion industry experience or knowledge preferred
•Non-Disclosure Agreement
