THEY Representation and Sugar Studio’s BOOKING AGENT & STUDIO MANAGER’S position is coming available for MARCH 5^th, 2012

Our amazing Booker & Studio Manager, CHARLENE SWALEHE, is due to have her baby soon and is going on Maternity Leave as of March 2/12. She will be returning to her position at THEY/Sugar after spending one year with her baby.

We are looking for someone to fill her position FULL-TIME (Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm) booking and managing THEY Artists and Sugar Studios for a one-year term, until Charlene’s Mat-Leave is up and her return on March 4/13

POSITION:

This position is perfect for someone wanting the stability of a salary pay cheque for one year (to ride out the end of the recession!) and also learn all there is to know about being of an agent, booker, manager, producer and industry expert! Someone with some knowledge of the business, good organizational skills and sales experience is perfect for the position- we will teach you all the rest- it’s impossible to go to any school to learn how to be an Agent, you have to learn it on your feet!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

-2 years minimum working in the advertising, fashion or sales markets

-Easy knowledge of computer skills: working with PC/Excel/Word

-Good typing/emailing skills

-Good phone skills

-MUST be available *Monday to Friday, 9:30AM to Friday 5:30PM*

(*no ‘booking off’ for free-lance work during those days/times*)
